Why is management essential? In a constantly changing professional environment, effective management becomes a real lever for performance .

It not only provides clear direction, but also creates the conditions for collective success: communication, motivation, support, commitment.

With 28 years of experience in the Air Force in the field of sport, I have accompanied more than 115 high-level Olympic and Paralympic athletes and organized numerous large-scale events.

These experiences taught me rigor , adaptability and the importance of the collective to achieve excellence.

I then continued my career as general manager of a Bordeaux group specializing in the management of event venues , which allowed me to compare my management skills with the realities of the economic and entrepreneurial world.

Today, with ARWEVENT , I transmit these teachings by offering interventions adapted to companies, based on:
